Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Dealveo account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Dealveo does

Dealveo is an AI-assisted sponsorship manager that helps creators identify, qualify, draft replies for, track, and report on brand deals originating in their Gmail inbox. Nothing is sent on your behalf without your explicit approval in the app.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• All plans are a flat monthly fee. Dealveo does not charge any success fees on your deals.
• Trials are free for the advertised period. No card is charged until the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case via support.

4. Your data

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we read only sponsorship-related email, never sell your data, and never train shared AI models on your content.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use Dealveo to send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communication.
• Don't attempt to probe, scan, or break the service's security controls.
• Don't impersonate another creator, brand, or person.

6. AI-generated content

Rate recommendations, reply drafts, and report narratives are generated by language models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending and every recommendation before quoting. Dealveo is not liable for losses arising from AI output you chose to send or rely on.

7. Service availability

Dealveo targets best-effort availability but is provided "as is". Status is published at status.dealveo.com.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other creators.

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
