Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating a Dealveo account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Dealveo does

Dealveo is an AI-assisted sponsorship back office that helps creators set a defensible rate for, track, manage, and report on the brand deals they add to the app. Nothing is done on your behalf without your explicit approval in the app.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• All plans are a flat monthly fee. Dealveo does not charge any success fees on your deals.
• Trials are free for the advertised period. No card is charged until the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case via support.

4. Your data

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we process only the data you enter, never sell your data, and never train shared AI models on your content.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use Dealveo to send spam, phishing, or fraudulent communication.
• Don't attempt to probe, scan, or break the service's security controls.
• Don't impersonate another creator, brand, or person.

6. AI-generated content

Rate recommendations and report narratives are generated by language models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation before quoting and every report before sending. Dealveo is not liable for losses arising from AI output you chose to rely on.

7. Service availability

Dealveo targets best-effort availability but is provided "as is".

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other creators.

9. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
